Who we are
HentaiApk (“we”, “us”) operates https://hentaiapk.com, a website for adults (18+) that lists adult games, their descriptions, screenshots and download links. Listings may be prepared by the site team or submitted by registered users. Downloads may be served by us or by third-party hosts. This policy explains what information we collect, why, how long we keep it and what choices you have.
Information we collect
When you simply browse
- Anonymous usage events — which game pages are viewed, which download buttons and “related games” links are clicked. They are tied to a random token created in your browser for the current visit (stored in sessionStorage and gone when you close the tab). We do not store your IP address, user agent or account with these events. We use them for “trending” lists, “players also viewed” recommendations and site statistics, and delete them after 60 days.
- Searches — the words you search for, the time, the number of results and the device type, browser and operating system read from your browser’s user-agent string. If you are signed in, your user ID is stored with it. Searches are kept for 12 months; after that only anonymous search terms that found no result are kept, without any of the other details, to learn which games people are missing.
- Technical data — like every website, our hosting provider and our security/CDN provider (Cloudflare) process your IP address and request details to deliver pages and block attacks. See their own policies for how long they keep server logs.
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics to measure visits (pages, approximate location, device). Google may set cookies; see the Cookie Policy.
When you interact with us
- Account — username, email address, password (stored only as a hash) and profile details you add. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID from Google.
- Game update alerts — if you follow a game with your account, we store which games you follow and email your account address when one gets a new version. Account emails (confirmation, password reset, alerts) are delivered through our email provider (Brevo). You can stop an alert at any time with the bell button on the game page.
- Comments — name, email, comment text, IP address and browser user agent (used against spam). Your email is never shown publicly.
- Reports — when you report a game (broken link, virus, inappropriate content, …) we store the report type, your optional details and email, the time, and a one-way hashed code derived from your IP address so the same visitor is not counted twice. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address.
- Contact form and submissions — the name, email address and message you send us, and anything you submit through a submission form.
- Game uploads — game files, images, descriptions, version and developer information, submission dates and review status, associated with the account that submitted them. Uploaded files are stored privately for review before approval. Approved descriptions, developer credits, images and download files may become publicly accessible. Do not include private information in files or details intended for publication.
- Ratings — a cookie remembers that you already rated a game.
Advertising
The site is free and is paid for by advertising. Our advertising partners (for example ExoClick, JuicyAds and A-ADS) may set their own cookies or use similar technology and process your IP address and device information to show and measure ads, limit how often you see them and prevent fraud. They act under their own privacy policies. We do not give them your account, email or comments.
Why we use your information (legal bases)
- To provide the site and the features you ask for (account, alerts, comments, reports) — performance of our agreement with you.
- To keep the site secure, fight spam and abuse, improve recommendations and understand how the site is used — our legitimate interests.
- Analytics and advertising cookies where the law requires it — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through your browser settings.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as answering lawful requests and copyright notices.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run parts of the site for us (hosting, Cloudflare, Brevo for email, Google for sign-in, reCAPTCHA spam protection and analytics), with advertising partners as described above, or when required by law. Some of these providers are located outside your country; they are required to protect the data.
How long we keep it
- Usage events: 60 days. Search details: 12 months.
- Account data and followed games: until you delete your account or stop following.
- Comments: until they or your account are deleted.
- Reports and contact messages: until they are handled, and then only as long as needed for our records.
- Game submissions: while needed to review a submission, provide an approved listing and download, or handle security and rights disputes. Incomplete uploads expire after two days of inactivity. Rejecting an unapproved submission by moving it to Trash removes its uploaded files; copies in backups may remain until those backups expire.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or US state privacy laws) you may ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. To do so, write to us through the Contact page. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Adults only
HentaiApk is only for people aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where they live). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with its date below.
