Copyright policy
HentaiApk (hentaiapk.com) respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and similar laws.
Sending a notice
If you believe material on https://hentaiapk.com infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send a written notice that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on our site of the material claimed to be infringing.
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send notices through our Contact page. Game developers can also use the Report button on a game page and choose “Copyright claim (I own this game)”. We normally respond within 1–3 business days. Incomplete notices may be delayed.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice through our Contact page with: your name, address, telephone number and signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court for your address and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material unless the claimant tells us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We remove repeatedly infringing material and may block accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
Files and links under our control
Listings may include user-uploaded files stored on our servers as well as links to third-party hosts. For material under our control, we can remove or disable access to the file or listing. For externally hosted files, we can remove or disable our links but cannot delete a file from another service; you may also need to contact that host. A listing or uploader account does not establish ownership of the game.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
